As all items are individually made-to-order, please allow up to 15 working days from receipt of payment to receive your order.  Each item is delivered worldwide via standard courier. 

Some international orders can incur customs or an import duty fee, which can be charged upon delivery. These charges vary depending on the country and cannot be specified until delivery has been made. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information. The payment of all customs and import duties is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note we do not deliver during United states' public holidays and your order will be delivered 2 working days later.

A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the courier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door.

Refused Shipments

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.


Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been customised with initials and have not been worn, altered or damaged, and with all guarantee cards and dust-bag included. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will need to return the entire order to us in accordance to the indications provided by our customer service team.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your returned order.

For international returns please mark clearly "Returned goods - No commercial value".

All returns must be notified via e-mail at within 10 days of receiving your order. 

When Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?

Once the items have been received, your refund will be processed within 30 working days. You will be provided with email notification when your refund has been processed. Please know that it may take a few working days for your banking institution to post this refund to your bank statement.

Damaged Or Defective Goods + 90-day Guarantee

We are committed to selling only the finest quality. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email at within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund. Please provide photographs of the damage or defect(s) found on the item(s) ordered. Our products are made with a 90-day guarantee so that any damages may be repaired free-of-charge (shipping costs to and from the United States  are excluded and are to be paid for by the client).

Processing Guidelines

All orders are processed pending credit card verification.  We will contact you if additional identification is needed for credit card verification. Most items ordered are processed within the same day.
