Everything in the Ono Lulu Jewelry line is custom-made just for you and handcrafted by our production teams in Bali, Malaysia and Spain! As each piece of jewelry is individually made-to-order, please allow up to 15 working days from receipt of payment to receive your order.
Free Delivery within the United States of America for order of over $150.
A flat rate of $10 is applied to International deliveries to the rest of the world. We deliver worldwide via standard courier.
Some international orders can incur customs or an import duty fee, which can be charged upon delivery. These charges vary depending on the country and cannot be specified until delivery has been made. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information. The payment of all customs and import duties is the responsibility of the customer.
Your order will be shipped within 7 - 10 days...
A confirmation email will be sent to you showing your invoice/shipping details and tracking link.
Please allow 15 - 20 days for items out of Stock.
Cancelling / Modifying an Order
Unfortunately once your order is placed it cannot be changed, cancelled or modified in any way.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Ono Lulu Jewelry does not issue refunds, all sales are final.
All purchases may be returned for exchange within 7 business days of receipt, with original tags & packaging intact.
Damaged or Defective Goods
At Ono Lulu Jewelry, we are committed to selling only the finest handcrafted pieces. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged piece of jewelry, please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for an exchange. Please provide photographs of the damage or defect(s) found on the item (s) ordered.
If you want to make a return for exchange, please send us an email. Returns will only be allowed if prior written confirmation received. A confirmation will be sent to you.
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur.
You will receive an email notification when your return has been received & processed (check your spam).
Ono Lulu Jewelry is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
